Training
Greg Waddell and Andy Payne have developed a Half Marathon Training Plan for beginners. The plan includes Five Group Runs scheduled for Sundays throughout the months leading up to the race. The group runs will leave at 7:00am from the Bainbridge Middle School Track on Miluli Ave.. Post-run refreshments will be provided. There will be water along the training course. Please bring your own “nutrition”- i.e. gels, beans, etc.
Group Run Dates:
January 6th – 4 miles
Janurary 20th– 5 miles
February 3rdh – 7 miles
February 17th – 9 miles
March 3rd – 11 miles
Then RACE on March 23rd.
